- Maintain a safe environment free from excessive obstacles.

8. Equipment and Materials
The Service Provider supplies all necessary equipment and materials for lawn mowing. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any personal garden fixtures or decorations are secured or removed to prevent damage during service.
9. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within the stipulated payment terms.
10. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in St Johns Wood.
